If the shirt has any loose threads or stains, we will send you a replacement. However, please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons. Please open the package and check the contents as soon as possible after delivery. If the deadline is very tight, we may not be able to accommodate your request by your desired date.

Please draw clearly on white paper with a black marker. (Pencils are not allowed; please erase any rough drafts completely.) Please double-check to ensure there are no errors in any of the characters, including personal names. Samples are available for free loan. Please contact us if you would like a sample. When returning the item, the customer is responsible for the shipping costs .

We store the illustration data you create for several years. We do not provide the created illustration data. Please contact us if needed (data creation fee will be charged separately).

Once the design is finalized, we will begin preparations for production. We will contact you with our bank account details. Please make the payment by the expected completion date (10th-14th). We will ship the product after confirming your payment . *Cash on delivery is available if you visit our store. Please contact us if you are unable to make the payment by the due date.

If you place an additional order after the product has been delivered, we will produce it at the same price as long as it is within one month of the delivery date. Additional charges will apply from that point onward. ★What are additional charges? For orders of 1 to 29 pieces, we will produce them at the price for orders of 20 pieces or more. *Only applicable if your initial order exceeds 20 items.

For designs with large areas of ink, do not use a dryer when washing. The ink softens with heat, which can cause it to peel off. For full-color prints, please avoid using a dryer as much as possible.

We cannot accept designs that directly use well-known brands or characters. If you add your own original arrangements, it can be used as teaching material in schools. Some characters cannot be used even with modifications. please note!

For orders of 20 or more pieces with the same design, up to two color changes are free of charge. Please refrain from requesting color changes for small quantities, such as 1 to 3 items. In such cases, the standard color change fee will apply. - Glitter inks will cost 250 yen more per color than the regular price. *Glitter ink is not suitable for intricate designs.
